General Mandate. - The College shall primarily provide advance instruction and professional training in education, agriculture, engineering and technology, agribusiness, information technology and other related fields of study. It shall also undertake research, extension services, and production activities in support of the socioeconomic development of Davao del Sur and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization.
