Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).1wphi1 - The PhilHealth, in consultation with the DOH, the DSWD, the DOLE, the NCDA, and the various national leagues of LGUs shall promulgate the IRR, within three (3) months upon the effectivity of this Act.
