Evaluation. - In accordance with the principles of fair and full disclosure, the TESDA Board shall issue and make available to the public, an annual report on the utilization of the Tulong-Trabaho Fund and other funds allocated in the GAA, donations from private and other organizations, expenditures, the performance of the qualified recipients and other pertinent information as may be necessary. An impact evaluation shall be conducted from time to time.
