Issuance of Certificate of Revocation. - Upon the revocation of the license to transact business in the Philippines, the Commission shall issue a corresponding certificate of revocation, furnishing a copy thereof to the appropriate government agency in the proper cases.
The Commission shall also mail the notice and copy of the certificate of revocation to the corporation, at its registered office in the Philippines.
