Liability of Directors, Trustees, Officers, or Other Employees. - If the offender is a corporation, the penalty may, at the discretion of the court, be imposed upon such corporation and/or upon its directors, trustees, stockholders. members, officers, or employees responsible for the violation or indispensable to its commission.
