Appropriations. - The amount of One hundred million pesos (₱100,000,000.00) for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current years appropriations of the DOE and thereafter, such amounts as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
