Scope. - This Act shall apply to all new power generation, transmission, and distribution projects throughout the country and all departments, bureaus, offices, agencies, government-owned and/or -controlled corporations (GOCCs), local government units (LGUs), and other entities involved in the permitting process of power generation, transmission, or distribution projects.
