Implementing Rules and Regulations. - To implement the provisions of this Act, the Board shall, subject to the approval of the Commission, promulgate the rules and regulations, as well as the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice for occupational therapists, within sixty (60) days after the effectivity of this Act.
