Positions in Public and Private Entities Requiring the Services of Speech Language Pathologists. - Within one (1) year from the effectivity of this Act, all existing and proposed positions in public and private entities primarily requiring the services of speech language pathologists shall accordingly be filled only by speech language pathologists.
