Jurisdiction of Each Province. - For purposes of police and law enforcement, the jurisdiction of each province shall be coextensive with its respective territorial boundary. For the purpose of protecting and ensuring the purity of the water supply of each province, such police jurisdiction shall also extend over all the territory within the drainage area of such water supply source, or within one hundred (100) meters of any reservoir, conduit, canal, aqueduct or pumping station used in connection with each provinces water service.
