Commencement of Corporate Existence. - The provinces of Palawan del Norte, Palawan Oriental, and Palawan del Sur shall commence its corporate existence upon the election and qualification of its provincial governor, provincial vice governor and majority of the members of the sangguniang panlalawigan.
The election of the provincial officials of the newly created provinces shall be held on the second Monday of May in the year 2022.1wphi1
