The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Departments program the operationalization of the Concepcion Technical-Vocational School, the initial funding of which shall be charged against the current years appropriation of the Malabon National High School (MNHS) Concepcion Technical-Vocational Annex.1wphi1 Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
