There shall be established a specialty hospital, known as St. Bernadette Children and Maternity Hospital, with a minimum capacity of one hundred (100) beds, to be located at Barangay Graceville, City of San Jose Del Monte, Province of Bulacan. The St. Bernadette Children and Maternity Hospital shall be under the administrative and technical supervision of San Jose Del Monte City, Province of Bulacan.
