Conversion. -The Oroquieta Agro-Industrial School (OAIS) in Barangay Villaflor, Oroquieta City, Province of Misamis Occidental, is hereby converted into a state college to be known as the Misamis Occidental State College (MOSC), hereinafter referred to as the College. Its main campus shall be in Oroquieta City.
