Conversion. -The Northern Bukidnon Community College in the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Province of Bukidnon, is hereby converted into a state college to be known as the Northern Bukidnon State College, and hereinafter referred to as the College. Its main campus shall be in the Municipality of Manolo Fortich.
