The Secretary of the College. -The Board shall appoint a Secretary who shall serve as such for both the Board and the College, and shall keep all records and proceedings of the Board in addition to other duties and responsibilities. The Secretary shall serve upon each member of the Board the appropriate notice of Board meetings.
