Appropriations. -The amount necessary to carry out the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current years funding of the Northern Bukidnon Community College provided by the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Province of Bukidnon. The municipality shall continue to provide the same funding to the Northern Bukidnon Community College corresponding to the funding given before the same is converted into the Northern Bukidnon State College until such time that the full funding requirement of the Northern Bukidnon State College is included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
