Upgrade of Existing Service Facilities. -The existing professional health care services and facilities of the Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium are hereby upgraded to conform and be commensurate to the increase in the bed capacity for tertiary general hospital services, as provided in Section 1 hereof.
