Appropriation. -The Secretary of Health shall include in the Departments program the operationalization of the increase in beds for tertiary general health care purposes in the Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium from two hundred (200) to eight hundred (800) beds, the initial funding of which shall be charged against the current years appropriations of the hospital. Thereafter, the funds necessary for its continued operation shall be included in the General Appropriations Act (GAA).
