Increase in Authorized Capacity. -The authorized bed capacity of the Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center (MMMH&MC), Batac City, Ilocos Norte is hereby upgraded from two hundred (200) to seven hundred (700) beds.1шphi1 The increase in bed capacity of MMMH&MC shall be implemented consistent with the five (5)-year development plan of the hospital.
