Upgrade of Existing Professional Health Care Services. -The existing workforce and personnel, medical and non-medical, of the MMMH&MC shall also be increased. The Department of Health (DOH), in coordination with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the Civil Service Commission (CSC), shall determine the additional plantilla positions to be created and filled up upon prior consultation with the MMMH&MC.
