Penalty Provisions. Failure to carry out any of the provisions of this Act will be ground for the filing of criminal or administrative cases, as may be warranted, under the Administrative Code of 1987; Republic Act No. 6770 (The Ombudsman Act of 1989); Republic Act No. 6713 (Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees); Republic Act No. 3019 (Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act); Republic Act No. 7160 (Local Government Code of 1991); and Act No. 3815, as amended (Revised Penal Code), and all other applicable general and special laws.
