The authorized bed capacity of the Masbate Provincial Hospital in Masbate City, Province of Masbate is hereby increased from one hundred twenty-five (125) to two hundred (200) beds: Provided, That the hospital shall comply with the licensing requirements of the Department of Health (DOH). The increase in the bed capacity of the Masbate Provincial Hospital shall be implemented consistent with the hospitals development plan.
