The Bulacan State University shall admit students to its San Rafael Campus who may avail of graduate, undergraduate and short-term technical-vocational courses within the Universitys areas of specialization and according to its capabilities as the Board of Regents (BOR) may deem necessary to carry out the Universitys objectives, particularly to respond to the needs of the province and the entire Region III.
The Bulacan State University is also mandated to undertake research and extension services in the San Rafael Campus, and to provide progressive leadership in these areas.
