The existing workforce of the Tondo Medical Center shall also be correspondingly increased. The Department of Health (DOH) shall, in coordination with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the Civil Service Commission (CSC), and after consultation with the Tondo Medical Center, determine the additional plantilla positions to be created.
