Conversion. The Guimaras State College in the Municipality of Buenavista, Province of Guimaras, including its Mosqueda Campus in the Municipality of Jordan and its Baterna Campus in the Municipality of San Lorenzo, all in the Province of Guimaras is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Guimaras State University, and hereinafter referred to as the University. The main campus of the University shall be in the Municipality of Buenavista.
