Conversion. The Carlos Hilado Memorial State College in the City of Talisay, including all of its existing satellite campuses, namely: Alijis Campus in Barangay Alijis, Bacolod City; Fortune Towne Campus in Barangay Estefania, Bacolod City; and Binalbagan Campus in the Municipality of Binalbagan, all located in the Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby converted into a state university, to be known as the Carlos Hilado Memorial State University. Its main campus shall be in Talisay City.
