Appropriations. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the current years appropriations for the Carlos Hilado Memorial State College. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of the University shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
