Creation of Positions. The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) shall undertake the assessment and creation of positions, whether temporary or permanent, in coordination with host agencies in order to provide the administrative and technical capacity required in each host agency to undertake the implementation of the programs and benefits under this Act.
