Implementing Rules and Regulations. Within thirty (30) days from the effectivity of this Act, the Department of Finance (DOF), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), and the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), shall promulgate the necessary implementing rules and regulations for its effective implementation.
