The PUP-San Juan Campus shall provide short-term technical courses, undergraduate and graduate studies within its areas of competency and specialization, and as the Board of Regents may deem necessary to carry out its objectives, respond to the human resource development needs of San Juan City and the National Capital Region.
The PUP-San Juan Campus is also mandated to undertake research and extension services and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization, including the offering of graduate degrees under the PUP Open University System.
