Deputy Director General. -The Director General shall be assisted by three (3) Deputy Directors General with the rank and compensation of a Department Undersecretary who shall be appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Director General: Provided, That two (2) of the Deputy Directors General shall be career executive officers.
