Liability of the Philippines for National Space Objects. In accordance with the United Nations Convention on International Liability for Damage Caused by Space Objects and other similar international laws, the Philippine Government shall take responsibility for damages caused by space objects registered in the Philippines National Registry-of Space Objects. This shall take into effect upon ratification of the Liability Convention and Registration Convention by the Philippine Government.
