Office of the Administrator and the Deputy Administrators. -The Administrator of the Authority shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines, as recommended by the Board of Directors, who shall have the rank of an Assistant Secretary, and shall execute and administer the policies, decisions, orders and resolutions approved by the Board and shall have the general executive direction and supervision of the work and operation of the Authority.
There shall be five (5) Deputy Administrators appointed by the Board of Directors who shall assist the Administrator, and who will be charged with the following specific concerns:
(a) General Administration and Support Services;
(b) Institutional Development;
(c) Legal Affairs;
(d) Registration, Supervision and Examination; and
(e) Credit Surety Fund (CSF).
