Primary Text
Term of Office. -The Chairperson and Members of the Board shall serve for a term of six (6) years, without reappointment: Provided, That the Chairperson or a Member of the Board who has served the unfinished term of the one he/she succeeded and has served for less than one-half (1⁄2) of the full term shall be eligible for reappointment.
