April 5 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Province of Pangasinan, in commemoration of its founding anniversary, to be known as the "Pangasinan Day". Upon proclamation of the President, April 5 of every year shall be a special nonworking holiday in the Province of Pangasinan.1шphi1
