May 3 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Marinduque, to be known as "Sta. Cruz Day", in commemoration of its founding anniversary. Upon proclamation of the President, May 3 of every year shall be a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Marinduque.1шphi1
