The plantilla of employees of BatMC, which include doctors, nurses and support personnel shall also be increased correspondingly commensurate to the increase in its authorized bed capacity. The Secretary of Health shall, in coordination with the Secretary of Budget and Management and the Commissioner of the Civil Service Commission, and after consultation with the Chief of BatMC, determine the additional new positions to be created and filled up.
