Implementing Rules and Regulations. Within sixty (60) days after the effectivity of this Act, the CHED, in coordination with the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges, the DPWH, HLURB, LMB-DENR and other relevant government agencies and stakeholders, shall formulate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
