Supervision of the Board, Custody of its Records, Secretariat and Support Services. The Board shall be under the general supervision and administrative control of the Commission. All records of the Board including applications for examination, examination papers and results, minutes of deliberation, administrative cases and other investigations involving examinees and fisheries technologists shall be kept and subject to the disposition of the Commission.
The Commission shall provide secretariat and support services to the Board for the efficient and effective implementation of the provisions of this Act.
