Continuing Professional Development. All fisheries professionals shall abide by the requirements, rules, and regulations as provided in Republic Act No. 10912 to be promulgated by the PRC Regulatory Board, subject to the approval of the Commission, in coordination with the AIPO for the fisheries profession and the representative of duly accredited educational institutions. For this purpose, the Board may create a CPD Council to implement the CPD program subject to the guidelines as may be issued by the Board.
