The Mount Bulaylay located in the Municipality of Cuyapo, Province of Nueva Ecija is hereby declared a tourist destination.1шphi1 As such, its development shall be prioritized by the Department of Tourism (DOT), and shall be subject to the rules and regulations governing the development of tourist destinations.
