Labor and Management Relations. Labor and management relations in all TNHEIs shall be governed by existing labor laws. Employees and personnel of TNHEIs shall enjoy working conditions not less than those provided under Presidential Decree No. 442, or the "Labor Code of the Philippines", as amended, and other relevant laws, issuances, rules and regulations of the Philippine government and the DOLE.
