Section 1Sec./Art. 1

Section 1 of Republic Act No. 10807 is hereby amended:

"Section 1. February 13 of every year is declared a special working holiday and no class day in schools in the City of Parañaque, Metro Manila in commemoration of its foundation day anniversary. Upon proclamation of the President, February 13 of every year shall be a special non working holiday in the City of Parañaque "
