November 26 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the City of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite, and all its barangays to be known as the "Foundation Day of the City of Dasmariñas". Upon proclamation of the President, November 26 of every year shall be a special nonworking holiday in the City of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite.
