Monitoring and. Evaluation. The DOH shall conduct monitoring and evaluation to assess the responsiveness of Malasakit Centers, including a client satisfaction survey, utilizing indicators such as reduced waiting time, percentage of indigent and financially incapacitated patients served and percentage of complaints endorsed for action, among others.
