Annual Report. -Government agencies and offices involved in the implementation of the Universal Health Care and the SDGs shall each submit to the Congressional Oversight Committee created under Republic Act No. 8424, as amended by Republic Act No. 10351, a detailed report on the expenditure of the amounts earmarked in this Act on the first week of August every year. The reports shall be simultaneously published in theOfficial Gazetteand in the agencies' websites.
