Republic Act No. 7799, entitled "An Act Establishing a District Hospital in the Municipality of Talisay, Province of Cebu, to be known as the Talisay District Hospital, and Appropriating Funds Therefor", is hereby amended accordingly. All laws, executive orders, issuance, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
