Malicious Examination of a Bank or a Financial Institution. - Any person who maliciously, or without authorization,examines deposits, placements, trust accounts, assets, or records in a bank or financial institution in relation to Section 36 hereof, shall suffer the penalty of four (4) years of imprisonment.
