Penalty for Furnishing False Evidence, Forged Document, or Spurious Evidence. - The penalty of imprisonment of six (6) years shall be imposed upon any person who knowingly furnishes false testimony, forged document or spurious evidence in any investigation or hearing conducted in relation to any violations under this Act.
